Building the revenue engine in fashion lingerie.
A six-month performance engagement with Soie by Ginza Industries — covering organic search, site architecture, CRO, and digital PR. The brief was to double traffic. What we delivered was ten times the revenue on virtually the same audience.
Four numbers that tell the story.
They asked for twice the traffic. They got three percent more — and ten times the revenue. A twelve-fold improvement in conversion rate on essentially the same audience.
Revenue grew from ₹97,642 to ₹10,47,539 — a ten-fold lift on virtually the same organic audience coming to the site.

Bee Online operated as Soie's external growth team — owning organic search, site architecture, conversion optimisation, backlink strategy, and digital PR as a single integrated function. The client had asked to learn the practice, not just buy it. We built it that way.
- 01Foundation Phase
Architecture, knowledge transfer & competitive analysis
The client had a capable dev team with no SEO grounding. We ran onsite consulting sessions, built a written best-practices standard for site content, and reviewed the CMS directly — the knowledge transfer they had asked for. Site architecture and URL structure were rebuilt so crawlers reached the right page for the right keyword set. Navigation was restructured around text links rather than script-driven menus.
- 02Authority Phase
Technical audit, keyword strategy & content programme
Full technical audit — META and robots tag standards, accessibility attributes, cross-browser compliance — implemented alongside the dev team. Keyword and competitive analysis mapped top-level category terms, revenue-oriented verticals, fashion-led and occasion-specific queries the category pages had never targeted. The top-30 conversion play identified keywords already ranking inside positions 11–30, ranked by converting potential rather than volume, and built a monthly content syndication programme aimed squarely at those terms.
- 03Conversion Phase
Backlinks, CRO & revenue-led reporting
Backlink strategy weighted 60% to the homepage to raise overall domain authority, 40% to category and brand pages — via guest posts, .edu placements, premium infographics and ebook submissions. Reporting was built around revenue: top landing pages, bounce rate by landing page, source-wise traffic, device split and revenue analysis — monthly, with the next month's link building and content plan attached.

Every engagement quality metric moved.
The same audience arrived — the store had simply become capable of converting them. Traffic barely moved. Everything else did.
Highlighted rows are the primary revenue outcomes. All other metrics confirm the same direction — the audience didn't change; the store did.

Built for ecommerce brands that want revenue, not vanity metrics.
What we built for Soie isn't a traffic retainer. It's a bottom-funnel conversion system designed for an ecommerce brand where site architecture, crawlability, and conversion quality are the product.
If your business operates under similar constraints — fashion, lingerie, apparel ecommerce — the same operating model applies.
