Four numbers that tell the story.
They already had 69 million impressions. The job wasn't more impressions — it was earning the click on the ones already there. CTR rose 38.5%. Clicks followed.
Organic clicks grew from 917K to 1.29M — driven almost entirely by CTR improvement, not impressions growth.

Bee Online operated as Weddingz's external growth team — owning hyperlocal SEO, venue schema, content architecture, CRO, and technical SEO as a single integrated function across every Indian city market.
- 01Foundation Phase
Hyperlocal strategy & meta architecture
City-by-city optimisation rather than a single national play — because a venue in Pune competes in Pune, not India. Venue page meta titles rebuilt to match how people actually search for venues: the single highest-leverage change in the account. Google Business Profiles rebuilt against the local 3-pack checklist to lift local presence alongside organic.
- 02Authority Phase
Schema, content programme & traffic recovery
Venue, amenities, hasMap and offer schema markup deployed so listings qualified for rich results. Hub-and-spoke content — 10+ supporting blogs per location, interlinked into the venue listings they support. Top venue pages that had lost traffic over 90 days identified and individually rebuilt. Positions 4–13 content upgrades applied at listing level.
- 03Conversion Phase
CRO, technical fixes & lead capture
Heatmap-led CRO reworked CTAs — enlarged 30%, buttons rounded, mobile number font increased, desktop layout restructured. GSC broken links and sitemap errors fixed. Two-tier backlink structure built to support the high-priority Mumbai page. Tidio chatbot added for direct lead capture from organic traffic.

The CTR story, in full.
More impressions was never the lever. Earning the click on the ones already there was. Every key metric moved in the same direction.
Highlighted rows are the primary outcomes. The gap between +40.7% clicks and +6.2% impressions is the CTR story: most of the click growth came from earning better clicks on existing impressions, not from ranking for new queries.

Built for marketplace and multi-location categories.
What we built for Weddingz isn't a templated SEO retainer. It's a hyperlocal, city-by-city system designed for a marketplace where thousands of listing pages compete in different local markets simultaneously.
If your business operates under similar constraints — venues, real estate, hospitality, multi-location services — the same operating model applies.
